We walk the whole roof, get into the attic where we can, and photograph and video everything we find — then show it to you on the screen. You get a written estimate whether or not you hire us, and nobody asks for a decision that day.
We spec the system for your roof — pitch, ventilation, and what Gulf Coast heat does to it — and go through the options with you. If there's an insurance claim, we handle the documentation and meet your adjuster on the roof.

Know what's covered
Covers how the roof was installed — nailing pattern, flashing, valleys, ventilation. Most roof failures are installation problems, not material problems, which is why this is the one that matters most and the one most contractors keep short.
Covers defects in the shingles themselves, from GAF rather than from us. GAF's lifetime limited coverage applies to materials only — it is not a lifetime workmanship warranty, and any contractor implying otherwise is overselling it.

Call straight away if you see water actually coming in, a ceiling stain that's spreading, missing shingles, lifted flashing, exposed decking, or a branch on the roof. After hail or high wind, get it looked at within a few days even if nothing is leaking yet — hail bruising often doesn't leak for months, and insurers have deadlines.
Tip: photograph everything before anything gets cleaned up. That's what your claim will rest on.

What's included:

That is a wide range because a 1,600 square foot single-storey roof and a 4,000 square foot two-storey with steep pitches are genuinely different jobs. Four things move it more than anything else:

They do, and it's one of the most common problems we find in Tomball, Magnolia and The Woodlands, where the pine canopy is heavy. Needles pack into roof valleys and behind chimneys, hold moisture against the shingles instead of letting it run off, and slowly rot the decking underneath. Because it happens under a mat of needles, nobody sees it until the ceiling stains.
Clearing valleys once or twice a year prevents nearly all of it. It's a service we offer specifically because of how common it is here.
