Can I come to the office?
By appointment, so someone is there to see you properly rather than you arriving to a locked door. Call (281) 498-7663 and we will arrange a time.
Most people never need to. We come to the roof, inspect it free, and send the written estimate.
How quickly can you get here in an emergency?
Typically 2 to 4 hours, any day of the year. The phone is answered around the clock — after hours it rolls to the same on-call number as our Tomball line, so either number reaches us.
The first job is stopping water getting in, usually with a tarp. The permanent repair follows once it is dry.
Do you do commercial work from this office?
Yes. It is a different job from residential work and it has its own pages — systems, building types and scheduled maintenance on one, and what fails on a commercial roof and how it gets fixed on the other.
