Roof Repair in Fort Bend County That Gets to the Real Source
from $195
Wind-lifted shingles, damaged flashing, cracked pipe boots and tree impact all create problems that are easy to miss from the ground. We find where the issue begins and explain the repair plainly.
- A pipe boot is $225, a ridge vent $350, chimney flashing $1,200–$1,500
- Typical single-issue repair $350–$900; storm work $900–$2,500; rotten decking $150 per area
- Photographs of everything we find, before any work begins
- We say so when a repair is the right answer, and when it is not
We explain what needs attention now, what can wait, and what the repair involves.
Stop a Roof Leak Before It Becomes Interior Damage
Free with inspection
A ceiling stain is rarely directly below the source. Water tracks along the decking before it shows. We check penetrations, valleys, flashing, attic conditions and drainage to find the actual entry point before recommending anything.
- Thermal imaging and moisture readings where the source is not obvious
- Valleys, roof vents, pipe boots, flashing and shingle seals checked in order
- Nobody cuts a ceiling until we know where the water is coming in
Understanding where water enters prevents repeated repairs and costly interior damage.
Roof Replacement in Fort Bend County, Built as a Complete System
$8,000–$20,000
When repair is no longer sensible, we plan a system around your decking, flashing, ventilation and drainage, not just the shingle you can see. Four packages, $350 to $650 per square, with a clear scope before anything starts.
- First five sheets of decking included, then $75 a sheet
- Six ring-shank nails per shingle, manufacturer starter strip and ridge cap
- GAF StormGuard leak barrier at valleys, penetrations and eaves
- Most Fort Bend homes finish in one day; larger Riverstone and Sienna homes take two
A dependable roof depends on the details beneath, around and above the visible surface.
Hail Damage You Cannot See From the Ground
Free inspection
Hail can bruise the shingle mat without causing a leak right away. We check the soft metals first: if your gutters, vents and flashing are unmarked, the hail was not large enough to matter, and we will tell you that.
- Class 4 GAF Timberline UHDZ standard on approved claims, at no upgrade cost
- Texas insurers must offer a discount for impact-resistant roofs; Class 4 earns the largest
- Soft-metals test before anyone talks about a claim
If the soft metals are unmarked, the hail was too small to have damaged the shingles.
Storm and Wind Damage Should Never Be Guessed At
Free inspection
High wind, wind-driven rain and tree debris leave damage that is difficult to see from the ground. Wind damage starts at the ridge cap and the starter strip, the two components most often cut short on installation.
- Directional damage on one slope is the signature to look for
- Photographs of every affected area, whether or not you file
- Clear recommendation: repair now, monitor, or replace
Get an informed assessment after wind, rain, tree debris or a severe weather event.
Roof Insurance Claims: Documentation Your Adjuster and You Both See
Included
After a storm you need a record of what was actually on the roof. We photograph it, write an itemized scope in the format your carrier uses, and meet your adjuster on the roof so you are both looking at the same evidence.
- Photo-backed record of every visible condition
- Itemized repair or replacement scope
- Approved claims get GAF Timberline UHDZ with the Golden Pledge warranty: 30 years, non-prorated
- We do not file, negotiate or advise on coverage: that is licensed public-adjuster work
Detailed findings help you understand the condition of your roofing system.
When Water Is Coming In Right Now
2–4 hours
A limb through the roof, shingles gone in high wind, or an active leak. The first priority is stopping more water getting in. We tarp and secure, then repair properly once the roof is dry.
- 365 days a year, no out-of-hours surcharge
- Tarping is temporary, days and weeks, not months
- Say which room and whether water is still coming in when you call
Proper repair comes after the roof is dry. Tarping buys the time to do it correctly.
A Free Inspection, and No Hammer on Your Roof
Free
Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access, and chalk and a camera only. A hammer can leave a mark that was not there, so we do not carry one onto an inspection.
- Photographs of everything we find, yours to keep
- Including when the finding is that your roof is fine, and we say so
- No pressure, no same-day-only pricing, no free-roof promises
Whether or not any work follows, you keep the photographs and the assessment.
Roof Financing With Every Rate Published
18 months same as cash
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Service Finance, a Truist company. Both banks, not brokers. Almost no roofer publishes what the financing actually charges. We publish all of it.
- 18 months same as cash, subject to credit approval
- 8.99% over 70 months, or 9.99% over 120 or 180 months
- Nothing upfront either way: 50% when the crew arrives, 50% on completion
You should know what the money costs before you decide, not after.

Common questions
Roofing in Fort Bend County, Answered
Do I need a WPI-8 windstorm certificate in Fort Bend County?
No. Fort Bend is not one of the fourteen first-tier TWIA counties — that requirement starts in Brazoria County to the south and Galveston County to the southeast. Nowhere in Fort Bend needs one. If you moved here from Alvin, Pearland’s Brazoria side or League City, the requirement does not follow you.
Do you handle HOA approval in Sugar Land and Sienna?
We provide the documentation each board asks for. First Colony, New Territory, Telfair, Riverstone, Sienna, Aliana, Cross Creek Ranch and Harvest Green all require approval before the roof changes color or material, and submitting the wrong shingle costs you a month. The homeowner submits; we supply what the submission needs.
How much does roof repair cost in Fort Bend County?
From $195. A pipe boot is $225, a ridge vent $350, chimney flashing $1,200–$1,500, and a typical single-issue repair $350–$900; storm work runs $900–$2,500. Rotten decking found during a repair is $150 per area. All 33 repair prices are published.
What does a roof replacement cost in Fort Bend County?
$8,000 to $20,000 across four packages at $350–$650 per square. Larger Riverstone, Sienna and Cross Creek Ranch homes run toward the upper end — more slopes, more valleys, more flashing. The first five sheets of decking are included, then $75 a sheet. Nothing upfront.
Will you help with a roof insurance claim in Fort Bend County?
Yes. We inspect free, photograph every slope, write an itemized scope and meet your adjuster on the roof. We do not file, negotiate or settle the claim — in Texas that is licensed public-adjuster work. On an approved claim we install GAF Timberline UHDZ, a Class 4 shingle, with GAF’s Golden Pledge warranty: 30 years, non-prorated, at no upgrade cost.
My First Colony roof is thirty years old. Repair or replace?
At thirty years, replace. Architectural asphalt runs 15 to 25 years in this climate, so a thirty-year-old First Colony roof is past its service life regardless of how it looks from the street. Expect decking — which is why the first five sheets are free. The inspection tells you how much.
Do you work on the rural south of the county?
Yes — Needville, Beasley, Kendleton, Fairchilds, Thompsons, Guy, Booth and Orchard. Farm and ranch properties, larger lots, more metal roofs and outbuildings. There is no city permit office out there, so we confirm what applies to your address.
How fast can you reach Fort Bend County for an emergency?
2 to 4 hours, 365 days a year, no out-of-hours surcharge. Say which room when you call and whether water is still coming in — we tarp first and repair once the roof is dry.
