Roofers in Fulshear, TX
More people in Fulshear search for help with a roof insurance claim than for a roofer — which makes sense in a city where most homes are under fifteen years old and the roof damage is storm damage, not wear. We document it. You file it.
Repairs from $195 with all 33 prices published, replacements $8,000 to $20,000, and a free inspection with photographs of everything we find — including when the finding is that your roof is fine and there is nothing to claim.
Fulshear is Fort Bend County, so no WPI-8 is required. That windstorm certificate requirement starts in Brazoria and Galveston counties. Nothing in Fulshear needs one, whatever anyone tells you.
Roofing Help for Every Stage of Your Roof.
From an unexpected leak to a planned replacement — with the price under each one, which almost no roofer publishes. Choose a service for practical local help and a clear next step.
Roof Repair That Gets to the Real Source of the Problem
from $195
Wind-lifted shingles, damaged flashing, cracked pipe boots and tree impact all create problems that are easy to miss from the ground. We find where the issue begins and explain the repair plainly.
- A pipe boot is $225, a ridge vent $350, chimney flashing $1,200–$1,500
- Typical single-issue repair $350–$900; storm work $900–$2,500
- Photographs of everything we find, before any work begins
- We say so when a repair is the right answer, and when it is not
We explain what needs attention now, what can wait, and what the repair involves.
Stop a Roof Leak Before It Becomes Interior Damage
Free with inspection
A ceiling stain is rarely directly below the source. Water tracks along the decking before it shows. We check penetrations, valleys, flashing, attic conditions and drainage to find the actual entry point before recommending anything.
- Thermal imaging and moisture readings where the source is not obvious
- Valleys, roof vents, pipe boots, flashing and shingle seals checked in order
- Nobody cuts a ceiling until we know where the water is coming in
Understanding where water enters prevents repeated repairs and costly interior damage.
Roof Replacement Built as a Complete System
$8,000–$20,000
When repair is no longer sensible, we plan a system around your decking, flashing, ventilation and drainage, not just the shingle you can see. Four packages, $325 to $650 per square, with a clear scope before anything starts.
- First five sheets of decking free, $90 a sheet after
- Six ring-shank nails per shingle, manufacturer starter strip and ridge cap
- GAF StormGuard leak barrier at valleys, penetrations and eaves
- Most Fulshear homes finish in one day; larger Weston Lakes and Fulbrook homes take two
A dependable roof depends on the details beneath, around and above the visible surface.
Hail Tracks Across Fulshear Most Springs
Free inspection
Hail bruises the shingle mat without leaking, which is why Fulshear claims get filed a year late. We check the soft metals first: if your gutters, vents and flashing are unmarked, the hail was not large enough to matter, and we will tell you that.
- Class 4 GAF Timberline UHDZ standard on approved claims, at no upgrade cost
- TDI: Class 4 receives the highest premium credit of the four classes, set by each insurer
- Soft-metals test before anyone talks about a claim
If the soft metals are unmarked, the hail was too small to have damaged the shingles.
Storm and Wind Damage Should Never Be Guessed At
Free inspection
High wind, wind-driven rain and tree debris leave damage that is difficult to see from the ground. Wind damage starts at the ridge cap and the starter strip, the two components most often cut short on installation.
- Directional damage on one slope is the signature to look for
- Photographs of every affected area, whether or not you file
- Clear recommendation: repair now, monitor, or replace
Get an informed assessment after wind, rain, tree debris or a severe weather event.
Documentation Your Adjuster and You Both See
Included
After a storm you need a record of what was actually on the roof. We photograph it, write an itemized scope in the format your carrier uses, and meet your adjuster on the roof so you are both looking at the same evidence.
- Photo-backed record of every visible condition
- Itemized repair or replacement scope
- We do not file, negotiate or advise on coverage: that is licensed public-adjuster work
Detailed findings help you understand the condition of your roofing system.
When Water Is Coming In Right Now
2–4 hours
A limb through the roof, shingles gone in high wind, or an active leak. The first priority is stopping more water getting in. We tarp and secure, then repair properly once the roof is dry.
- 365 days a year, no out-of-hours surcharge
- Tarping is temporary, days and weeks, not months
- Say which room and whether water is still coming in when you call
Proper repair comes after the roof is dry. Tarping buys the time to do it correctly.
A Free Inspection, and No Hammer on Your Roof
Free
Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access, and chalk and a camera only. A hammer can leave a mark that was not there, so we do not carry one onto an inspection.
- Photographs of everything we find, yours to keep
- Including when the finding is that your roof is fine, and we say so
- No pressure, no same-day-only pricing, no free-roof promises
Whether or not any work follows, you keep the photographs and the assessment.
Roof Financing With Every Rate Published
0% for 18 months
Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and Service Finance, a Truist company. Both banks, not brokers. Almost no roofer publishes what the financing actually charges. We publish all of it.
- 0% for 18 months, subject to credit approval
- 8.99% over 70 months, or 9.99% over 120
- Nothing upfront either way: 50% when the crew arrives, 50% on completion
You should know what the money costs before you decide, not after.

What We Do on a Roof Insurance Claim — and What We Cannot
More people here search for claim help than for a roofer. Here is the honest version, including the part most contractors leave out.
We do
- Inspect and photograph every slope, free, whether or not you file
- Write an itemized scope in the format your carrier uses
- Meet your adjuster on the roof, so you are both looking at the same evidence
- Explain repair versus replacement in plain terms
- Match materials to the original installation
- Tell you when there is nothing to claim — which happens
We do not
- File your claim
- Negotiate with your carrier
- Advise you on your coverage
- Offer to "waive your deductible"
The first three are licensed public-adjuster work and a Texas roofing contractor may not do them. The fourth is insurance fraud. A roofer offering any of the four is offering something they are not licensed for — and you are the one left holding it.
Three things worth knowing before you call your carrier
Other perils is usually 1% or $500. Wind and hail is around 2%. Named storm can be 2 to 10%. All are a percentage of your dwelling coverage, not of the claim.
Some carriers depreciate labor and materials; some only materials. On a $22,000 roof that is the difference between $11,000 and $3,000 withheld. Ask the adjuster which applies.
The filing deadline and the depreciation-recovery deadline are not the same date, and missing the second one costs you the withheld money. Extensions can be requested in writing.
Everything on a claim call is recorded and cannot be withdrawn. Get the roof inspected first, so you are describing what was actually found rather than guessing. How Texas claims actually work →

What matters most on a young roof
Most Fulshear roofs are still under original manufacturer warranty. Which means the question is not whether the roof is old — it is whether the installation actually qualifies for the coverage you believe you have.
A free inspection answers that while there is still time to do something about it. We photograph everything and tell you what we find, including when the answer is that it is all correct.

Excellent service. We are very happy with their work and customer service. They explained the entire roof replacement process to us. On the day they said they would do the work, they were on time and finished it. The next day, Christian came and checked that everything had been done correctly. We highly recommend them. They are a serious and responsible company.

Went on Angi's List to find a roofers to fix leaks coming into home. Had several come out but JC&C put a temporary fix on during a rainy spell. They were our third, but we went wirh them immediately. Then on top of that, they provided 3 estimates. Damage now up to improvements that would be needed down the road. Finally had it done in under a day. Don't go anywhere else!Posted on Google![]()

I had a great experience with the JC&C team. Like many homeowners, I got several quotes after discovering a roof leak that needed immediate attention. The first company I met with told me I needed a full roof replacement and quoted me around $20,000. When I met with the team at JC&C, I explained that I had just purchased my first home and wasn't prepared for such a major expense right after my down payment. I even shared what the other company had quoted me (which, in hindsight, probably wasn't the best idea!). Instead of taking advantage of the situation, they gave me an honest assessment and recommended only the repairs that were actually needed. Their quote came in at just a few thousand dollars, and that level of honesty and integrity spoke volumes. The entire process was seamless, the work was completed professionally, and I haven't had a single issue with the leak since. I'm incredibly grateful I found JC&C and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone—especially first-time homeowners who are still learning the ins and outs of homeownership. It's refreshing to work with a company you can truly trust. Thank you, JC&C team!Posted on Google![]()

Highly professional, my ceiling suddenly caved in due to roof leak. they came out during torrential rains and installed temporary tarps immediately without asking for a pricing or any other conditions. This act of kindness won my heart and I decided to work with them. From start to finish they completed the project as per building codes, using preselected materials and highly trained team of workers. They documented each phase of their work with 2000 + photo album of the project. I thank the friend who referred them and so I to the public at large. They are one of best in Houston area.Posted on Yelp![]()

Had a new roof and gutters installed in 2021. Excellent service. Have referred two neighbors. Recently, we had hail in May 2026. JC&C Roofing called to do an inspection of the 2021 roof. They found minor damage to a few shingles and he noticed gutter's needed to be blown. His office will be scheduling the work this week. We are pleased and HAPPY. Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof JC&C was great with communication, especially in terms of the estimate, what exactly would be done and when, and with payment. All of the work was done within a single day. They took pains to lay down tarps and plywood to protect the landscape and the windows. They also provided access to a customer portal with photos of the repair and installation of the new roof step by stop. It was a great, quick, and efficient experience.Posted on Yelp![]()

I initially came across JC&C via a KPRC news story where they assisted a customer with a roof replacement issue. The way they took care of the customer and the great work they did made me take note. Some time after that I ended up using them for several minor roof repairs of my own. They showed up on time for both estimate (price was fair) and repairs. They worked quickly and cleaned up was spotless. I would definitely consider JC&C as my first choice when ready to replace my roof.Posted on Yelp![]()

I want to share my experience with JC&C roofing. As you know, after the last hurricane Beryl, with all the damage to the roofs, it has been almost impossible to find anybody to come and fix things. I called the people who roofed my house and they said that they could not come and would not know when they would. Walking down my neighborhood on Thursday, I saw a truck of JC&C working on a roof. I came to talk to them and told them that I had a relatively small job in my house (the cap of an exhaust pipe had been blown up during the hurricane). He said that is was dangerous to fix it then because it was raining, but that they would come as soon as possible. Well, that meant two days later and now my roof is fixed! Thank you Mr. Paniagua!Posted on Yelp![]()

On a visit to my elderly parents who live in Sugarland, I live in Austin, I found that a filled rain gutter had been flowing in the wrong direction and caused the end piece of the roof eave and soffit to rot. Being remote, I had to get onto Yelp and try to find a company that could rebuild the soffit, fix bad flashing, and put in a new gutter. This led me to JC&C and they did a fantastic job. From the moment I called them to see if they could handle this type of job, they were in constant contact through: email, text and direct phone calls. They gave me estimated times for the inspection-bid as well as the service and they showed up on time. In addition, they have online pictures (where I got these that I'm posting) of the inspection, during the construction, and the completed project. These pictures assured me of the quality of their work, from my remote home. And although they don't do gutters, part of their bid included gutter replacement which they subcontracted out and I didn't have to go searching for a gutter company. Very pleased with JC&C.+1Posted on Yelp![]()

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof After a little bumpy start when the first group of roofers looked at the job and decided the roof pitch was too steep and drove off. That delayed the start by a couple of days but once the next group of 9 roofers started they were awesome. Let me tell you all of the reasons that JC&C Roofing is the way to go for the most important investment you will put on your house. 1 - Product Knowledge. Christian, the owner, came out to provide a quote. He took some measurements and then scheduled a time to come back and deliver his proposal. This allowed him time to compile all of the data and figures to ensure that the quote given is the final price without any hidden expenses. They have several products the offer and will provide detailed quotes and a plethora of information about everything they sell. 2 - Production. Once we decided on the product package we wanted, which was the Diamond Package (thank God for financing). Christian had a crew swarm on our house the very next day. The worked so hard and got 99% of the job done on the first day. The next morning they were back out to finish the last minute touches. The owner was onsite for most of the project, checking in that I was happy with the work and always asking if I had any questions or concerns. 3 - Service. I can't rave enough about Christian. So rare is it to find someone that is polite, kind, funny, honest, and just an overall good person. Christian is good people. Plain and simple. I honestly feel like he treated us like he would want to be treated and I have a great amount of respect for his customer service, dedication to his craft, and earning the respect of those around him. I am confident that if I should have any issues in the near future with this new amazing looking roof, that he would be back out in a hot second to take care of me. Great Product. Great Company. Great Owner. Great Team. Great Job!! A++Posted on Angie's List![]()

We decided to go with JC&C Roofing which was the best decision we could have made. While sometimes it took a little longer to hear back from Christian, the workers were on time. Fixed all the issues and gave us a brand new roof that is so gorgeous I believe my neighbors are jealous. Christian also added attic vents and took down old satalite dishes at no charge. The kicker was he also had someone come by and pressure wash the house and drive way with no extra charge. Christian stated any problems just to contact him. Add to it he also dealt with our insurance company so we did not have to. I could not ask for a better individual or company to have work on my home!Posted on Angie's List![]()

I discovered several shingles in my backyard after some recent heavy storms in our area and I was concerned for the integrity of our roof. I scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection through JC&C's website and received two emails confirming the appointment. Abraham Barrera performed the inspection, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He called 45 minutes before arrival, took a number of photos of our roof so we would have proof of any issues, and also inspected an exhaust pipe for our water heater that we had some concerns about. It turned out that the shingles I found in our yard were actually from the neighbor's roof and our roof was fine. Abraham sent us the photos he took even though no work needed to be done and the INSPECTION WAS FREE. I told him I would let our neighbors know about their roof and Abraham gave us a business card to pass along. I don't know how expensive (or not) their repair costs are, but I would definitely hire them to work on our roof in the future.Posted on Angie's List![]()

We had a major hail storm come through our area and the damage was so extensive that our roof needed to be replaced completely and the house needed a lot of cosmetic repair. When you have major work like this that needs to be done, it's never fun to hassle with insurance claims etc. and the business responsible for fixing the damage. My experience with Christian and the men who worked on my house was exceptional. I can truly say that the process was so much smoother on their end than I could have possibly anticipated. I was very impressed with the communication and responsiveness of Christian. He stopped by numerous times to check on the progress and to update me. All the men who worked on my house were very professional and courteous. I will absolutely use this company again for any needs concerning the upkeep of my home. I feel that I've found a business that I can trust and I know will do an amazing job. The house looks new.
Common questions
Roofing in Fulshear, Answered
Can you file my roof insurance claim for me?
No, and neither can any other Texas roofer. Filing, negotiating and advising on coverage is licensed public-adjuster work. What we do is document — photograph every slope, write an itemized scope in your carrier's format, and meet your adjuster on the roof so you are both looking at the same evidence. Anyone offering to file it for you, or to waive your deductible, is offering something they are not licensed to do.
Do I need a WPI-8 windstorm certificate in Fulshear?
No. Fulshear is in Fort Bend County, which is not a first-tier TWIA county. That requirement starts in Brazoria and Galveston counties. Nothing in Fulshear needs one.
My Fulshear roof is under ten years old. Can it already have a problem?
Frequently, yes — and it is usually installation, not age. Cross Creek Ranch, Fulbrook and Tamarron all went up fast during a building boom, and shortcuts show at three to eight years: starter strip installed wrong, cut shingles used as ridge cap, nails through the seam, no ventilation. The roof looks new from the street and leaks anyway.
How do I know if my roof is still under warranty?
Most Fulshear roofs still are. But a manufacturer warranty only applies if the installation met the specification — which is a different question from whether the roof is old. A free inspection tells you whether yours qualifies for the coverage you believe you have, while there is still time to act.
What does a roof replacement cost in Fulshear?
$8,000 to $20,000 across four packages at $325–$650 per square. Larger Weston Lakes and Fulbrook homes run toward the upper end. First five sheets of decking free, $90 after. Nothing upfront.
How fast can you reach Fulshear for an emergency?
2 to 4 hours, 365 days a year, no out-of-hours surcharge. Say which room when you call and whether water is still coming in — we tarp first and repair once the roof is dry.
Book a free roof inspection in Fulshear
Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access, no hammer on the roof. Including when the finding is that your roof is fine and there is nothing to claim.
