Both our offices are in Harris County
Roofing Contractor in Harris County, TX
Tomball and Spring Branch — both offices, both in this county, both inside the county. Harris County runs from pine forest in the north to Galveston Bay in the southeast, and a roof in Tomball is not the same job as a roof in La Porte.
Repairs from $195 with all 33 prices published, replacements $8,000 to $20,000, and a free inspection with photographs of everything we find — including when the finding is that your roof is fine.
The windstorm line runs through this county. The bayside parts of La Porte, Seabrook, Shoreacres, Morgan’s Point and Pasadena east of Highway 146 are TWIA territory, where a roof needs a WPI-8 certificate to qualify for TWIA coverage. Most of Harris County does not. We check your address before we quote.

Roof Repair That Gets to the Real Source of the Problem
from $195
Wind-lifted shingles, damaged flashing, cracked pipe boots and tree impact all create problems that are easy to miss from the ground. We find where the issue begins and explain the repair plainly.
- A pipe boot is $225, a ridge vent $350, chimney flashing $1,200–$1,500
- Typical single-issue repair $350–$900; storm work $900–$2,500
- Photographs of everything we find, before any work begins
- We say so when a repair is the right answer, and when it is not
We explain what needs attention now, what can wait, and what the repair involves.
Stop a Roof Leak Before It Becomes Interior Damage
Free with inspection
A ceiling stain is rarely directly below the source. Water tracks along the decking before it shows. We check penetrations, valleys, flashing, attic conditions and drainage to find the actual entry point before recommending anything.
- Thermal imaging and moisture readings where the source is not obvious
- Valleys, roof vents, pipe boots, flashing and shingle seals checked in order
- Nobody cuts a ceiling until we know where the water is coming in
Understanding where water enters prevents repeated repairs and costly interior damage.
Roof Replacement Built as a Complete System
$8,000–$20,000
When repair is no longer sensible, we plan a system around your decking, flashing, ventilation and drainage, not just the shingle you can see. Four packages, $350 to $650 per square, with a clear scope before anything starts.
- First five sheets of decking included, then $75 a sheet
- Six ring-shank nails per shingle, manufacturer starter strip and ridge cap
- GAF StormGuard leak barrier at valleys, penetrations and eaves
- Most Harris County homes finish in one day
A dependable roof depends on the details beneath, around and above the visible surface.
Hail in the North, Hurricane Wind in the Southeast
Free inspection
Harris County is big enough to get both. Hail can bruise the shingle mat without leaking, so the damage often goes unnoticed until the roof starts to fail. We check the soft metals first: if your gutters, vents and flashing are unmarked, the hail was not large enough to matter, and we will tell you that.
- Class 4 GAF Timberline UHDZ standard on approved claims, at no upgrade cost
- TDI: Class 4 receives the highest premium credit of the four classes, set by each insurer
- Soft-metals test before anyone talks about a claim
If the soft metals are unmarked, the hail was too small to have damaged the shingles.
Storm and Wind Damage Should Never Be Guessed At
Free inspection
High wind, wind-driven rain and tree debris leave damage that is difficult to see from the ground. Wind damage starts at the ridge cap and the starter strip, the two components most often cut short on installation.
- Directional damage on one slope is the signature to look for
- Photographs of every affected area, whether or not you file
- Clear recommendation: repair now, monitor, or replace
Get an informed assessment after wind, rain, tree debris or a severe weather event.
Documentation Your Adjuster and You Both See
Included
After a storm you need a record of what was actually on the roof. We photograph it, write an itemized scope in the format your carrier uses, and meet your adjuster on the roof so you are both looking at the same evidence.
- Photo-backed record of every visible condition
- Itemized repair or replacement scope
- We do not file, negotiate or advise on coverage: that is licensed public-adjuster work
Detailed findings help you understand the condition of your roofing system.
When Water Is Coming In Right Now
2–4 hours
A limb through the roof, shingles gone in high wind, or an active leak. The first priority is stopping more water getting in. We tarp and secure, then repair properly once the roof is dry.
- 365 days a year, no out-of-hours surcharge
- Tarping is temporary, days and weeks, not months
- Say which room and whether water is still coming in when you call
Proper repair comes after the roof is dry. Tarping buys the time to do it correctly.
A Free Inspection, and No Hammer on Your Roof
Free
Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access, and chalk and a camera only. A hammer can leave a mark that was not there, so we do not carry one onto an inspection.
- Photographs of everything we find, yours to keep
- Including when the finding is that your roof is fine, and we say so
- No pressure, no same-day-only pricing, no free-roof promises
Whether or not any work follows, you keep the photographs and the assessment.
Roof Financing With Every Rate Published
18 months same as cash
Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and Service Finance, a Truist company. Both banks, not brokers. Almost no roofer publishes what the financing actually charges. We publish all of it.
- 18 months same as cash, subject to credit approval
- 8.99% over 70 months, or 9.99% over 120 or 180 months
- Nothing upfront either way: 50% when the crew arrives, 50% on completion
You should know what the money costs before you decide, not after.

La Porte, Shoreacres, Morgan’s Point, Seabrook, Pasadena, Baytown and Deer Park. The parts of La Porte, Seabrook, Shoreacres, Morgan’s Point and Pasadena east of Highway 146 are TWIA windstorm territory even though they are Harris County, so a WPI-8 is required there for TWIA coverage, and the inspector has to see the roof during installation. Common questions
Roofing in Harris County, Answered
Do I need a WPI-8 windstorm certificate in Harris County?
Only in the bayside areas east of Highway 146. The parts of La Porte, Seabrook, Shoreacres, Morgan’s Point and Pasadena east of 146 fall inside TWIA windstorm territory even though they are Harris County. Everywhere else in the county — Tomball, Cypress, Katy, Bellaire, Kingwood, Clear Lake City, inside the Loop — does not need one. Tell us the address and we will tell you before we quote.
Where are your offices?
Both are in Harris County. The main office is at 1431 Graham Dr in Tomball, and the second is at 1220 Blalock Rd in Spring Branch, on the edge of Spring Valley Village. We are not a company that services Houston from somewhere else.
Who issues roofing permits in Harris County?
It depends whether you are inside a city. Houston, Bellaire, Baytown, La Porte, Pasadena, Tomball and each of the Memorial Villages issue their own. Unincorporated areas — Cypress, Atascocita, Klein, Spring, much of Katy — have no city permit office, and we confirm with Harris County what the job needs. A permit from the wrong office is not a permit.
How much does roof repair cost in Harris County?
From $195. A pipe boot is $225, a ridge vent $350, chimney flashing $1,200–$1,500. A typical single-issue repair runs $350–$900; storm work $900–$2,500; rotten decking found during a repair is $150 per area. All 33 repair prices are published.
What does a roof replacement cost in Harris County?
$8,000 to $20,000 across four packages at $350–$650 per square, plus the WPI-8 inspection fee if you are east of 146. The first five sheets of decking are included, then $75 a sheet. Nothing upfront — 50% when the crew arrives, 50% on completion.
Will you help with a roof insurance claim in Harris County?
Yes. We inspect free, photograph every slope, write an itemized scope and meet your adjuster on the roof. We do not file, negotiate or settle the claim — in Texas that is licensed public-adjuster work. On an approved claim we install GAF Timberline UHDZ, a Class 4 shingle, with GAF’s Golden Pledge warranty: 30 years, non-prorated, at no upgrade cost.
Is hail or hurricane wind the bigger risk here?
Depends where in the county you are. The northwest — Tomball, Cypress, Klein, Spring — is hail country, and Class 4 shingles come as standard on approved claims. The southeast and east take hurricane wind, and there the ridge cap and starter strip decide whether a roof holds. Harris County is big enough to get both in the same year.
How fast can you reach my part of Harris County?
2 to 4 hours anywhere in the county, 365 days a year, with no out-of-hours surcharge — and having two offices is why that number is realistic rather than aspirational. Tomball covers the north and northwest; Spring Branch covers Houston, the west and the southeast.
Two offices, both in Harris County
Free inspection, every slope photographed, no hammer on the roof. Including when the finding is that your roof is fine.
