Where We Work
Most Houston roofers have one address and claim the entire metro. We have two, on opposite sides of the city — which is the only reason a two to four hour response time means anything.
You get dispatched from whichever office is closer to you, not from wherever the truck happens to be.

Local knowledge
Why the Neighborhood Changes the Roof
Greater Houston is not one climate. What ages a roof in Kingwood is different from what ages one in Pearland, and it changes what we recommend.
North & northeast
Under the pines
The Woodlands, Spring, Kingwood, Atascocita, Tomball, Magnolia. Mature pine canopy means needles year-round — and needles slide under shingle courses where they hold moisture against the decking.
So: quarterly clearing rather than annual, and ventilation matters more than average because the canopy holds humidity.
West & northwest
The hail corridor
Katy, Cypress, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Bridgeland, Towne Lake. The I-45 and northwest corridors take more hail than the coastal side of the metro, and the master-planned communities are largely open-exposure.
So: impact-resistant shingles are worth the difference here more than almost anywhere in Houston. Class 4 explained
South & southeast
Gulf wind and salt
Pearland, Friendswood, Alvin, Manvel, Clear Lake, Bay Area. Closer to the coast means higher sustained wind loads and salt in the air, which is harder on fasteners and flashing than on the shingles themselves.
So: wind rating and fastening pattern matter, and metal details need more attention at every inspection.
Inner loop
Older homes, mature trees
Memorial, Bellaire, West University, the Villages, Spring Valley. Older housing stock means original decking, previous layers, and roofs built before current code — plus oak canopy dropping debris into valleys.
So: we check for existing layers and decking condition before quoting, because both change the number.
Southwest
Clay and movement
Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sienna, New Territory. Fort Bend clay moves with moisture, and a house that shifts takes its roof planes with it — opening seams at valleys and around penetrations.
So: drainage away from the slab matters as much as the roof, which is why we look at where downspouts discharge.
Everywhere
Houston heat
An attic at 140°F in August ages a roof from underneath faster than weather ages it from above. It is the one thing every part of this metro shares.
So: we upgrade ventilation on every replacement, and fit deck-mounted intake vents where a house has no soffit venting or the insulation blocks it.
Common Questions
Do you charge more if I am further away?
No. Published prices are the same across our service area — the two offices exist so that nobody is a two-hour drive from us.
If you are genuinely outside our range we will say so when you call rather than quoting a job we cannot service properly.
My community is not listed. Do you cover it?
Probably. We cover more of Greater Houston than we have pages for — Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Waller counties.
Call with your address and we will tell you straight away, including if the answer is no.
Which office will come out?
Whichever is closer. Tomball covers the northwest and north — Klein, Spring, Cypress, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Conroe. Spring Branch covers the inner loop, Memorial, west and south.
Either number reaches us and calls roll to the same on-call line after hours, so it does not matter which one you dial.
How fast can you get to me in an emergency?
Typically 2 to 4 hours, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Active water intrusion is prioritized over everything else.
After a hurricane or a widespread hail event nobody meets that — not us, not anyone. We would rather tell you honestly that it will be tomorrow morning than promise tonight and not turn up. Emergency repair
Do you work on HOA-governed properties?
Regularly. Master-planned communities across Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land and The Woodlands all have architectural guidelines covering shingle color, profile and sometimes manufacturer.
Tell us your HOA when you book and we will work within the guidelines rather than discovering them after the roof is on.
