Liked how he explained why he chose each product used in our new roof. Gave us proposals in 4 or 5 price ranges, so we could select the one that worked best for our budget. Once we selected the one we wanted he did not try to up-sell us on a more expensive version and even said he would make the same decision if it was his house.

We had a leak around a vent in our roof after some storms. I called JC&C, they came out and inspected the next day and had it repaired the day after that!! Great quality, great communication, great price. 100% recommend!
