Main office · 1431 Graham Dr, Tomball · open 24 hours
Most of the roofers who come up when you search Tomball are driving here from somewhere else. Our main office is on Graham Drive — we moved it here in 2026, after thirteen years serving Greater Houston from Alief and then Spring Branch.
Repairs from $195, replacements from $8,000, and a free inspection with photographs of everything we find — including when the finding is that your roof is fine.
Tomball sits in hail country. Along with Cypress, Klein, Spring, Jersey Village and The Woodlands, northwest Houston takes its share of hail — which is why Class 4 impact-resistant shingles are the sensible default here. The pine canopy is the other local problem: needles pack the valleys and hold water against the shingles long after the rain stops.
From the Graham Drive office
Almost no roofer publishes what anything costs. We do — here, and in full on each service page. Take them to two other companies; that is what they are for.
Leaks, flashing, pipe boots, valleys and ridge vents. A typical single-issue repair runs $350–$900; storm work $900–$2,500. The 20 most common repairs are priced on the page.
Full tear-off, decking checked and shown to you, then a complete roof system. Most Tomball homes are finished in a single day, and approved insurance claims include GAF’s Golden Pledge warranty.
Answered 24/7 with no out-of-hours surcharge. Tarping first, proper repair once it is dry.
Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access. Chalk and a camera, never a hammer.
We check the soft metals first — if gutters and vents are unmarked, the hail was not big enough to matter.
We photograph the damage and meet your adjuster on the roof. Filing and negotiating is licensed adjuster work.
Seven points in one visit: sealant, fasteners, boots, flashing, debris, drainage and a written condition note.
Tomball has more canopy than most of the metro. Needles hold water in the valleys and rot the decking.
Seamless 5-inch or 6-inch with 3×4 downspouts. Under pine canopy the 6-inch is usually the right call.
A Tomball attic can hit 140°F on a 90°F day and cook the shingles from underneath.
Fascia rots first when gutters overflow. James Hardie fiber cement for most Tomball homes.
TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up and metal for warehouses, retail and offices in northwest Harris County.
Thermal imaging and a moisture meter find where the water gets in, not just where it shows up on the ceiling.
Wells Fargo Home Projects card or Service Finance, with the plans and a payment calculator on one page.
Prices are starting points, not quotes. Pitch, access, layers and what is found under the shingles all move the number. We inspect free and put the real figure in writing before anything begins.

Nothing upfront. 50% when the crew arrives and starts work, 50% on completion — on a repair, a replacement, or anything else we do.
These are starting points, not quotes. Roof pitch, access, existing layers and what is found under the shingles all move the figure. We inspect free, show you photographs of everything, and put the real number in writing before anything begins.
After the storm, and paying for it
Two things decide whether a damaged roof gets fixed: what the carrier accepts, and how the rest gets paid for.
What we do not do: file, negotiate or advise on coverage. In Texas that is licensed public-adjuster work, and any roofer offering it is offering something they are not licensed for.
Both lenders are banks, not brokers, so your application goes to one place. All financing is subject to credit approval.
Nothing upfront either way. 50% when the crew arrives, 50% on completion, whether you finance or not.
Almost no roofer publishes what the money costs. We publish all of it, because you should know before you decide, not after.
Worth a look from the ground
Most of these you can check yourself in ten minutes, without a ladder. Any one of them is worth a free inspection before the next storm.
The inspection is free and it is not a sales visit. Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access, and we tell you when the roof is fine — which is the most common finding of all.
Beyond asphalt
Some properties need more than standard shingles — a different look, a longer life, or a roof that is not steep enough for shingles to work at all.
The look of clay or slate tile in a composite that weighs a fraction of it. Most Houston homes are not framed for real tile — Brava gives you the appearance without the structural work.
Quoted per roof.
A synthetic shingle built for impact and weather resistance, for homeowners who want a clean shingle look with more strength behind it than a standard architectural product.
We will tell you honestly whether it suits your roof and budget.
Stone-coated steel: the lifespan of metal with a finish closer to tile or shake. Higher upfront than asphalt, lower over its life, because it lasts considerably longer.
A long-term decision rather than a cost-saving one.
Additions, patio covers, porches and some modern homes have sections too shallow for shingles. Shingles on a low slope will leak — not might, will — because they rely on gravity that is not there.
Drainage, waterproofing and the right membrane for the pitch.
On a roof that is tired but structurally sound, a coating can add years for a fraction of replacement cost, with no tear-off.
We inspect before suggesting it. A coating over a failing roof buys nothing.
Most Tomball homes are best served by architectural asphalt, and we will tell you that rather than sell you something more expensive.
The free inspection tells you. (713) 766-3464

Common questions
What Tomball homeowners ask before they call.
For most homes, yes. Tomball is part of northwest Houston, where hail is a regular event. A standard shingle bruises under hail large enough to dent your gutters; a UL 2218 Class 4 shingle is tested to take a two-inch steel ball without cracking.
On an approved insurance claim we install a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle as standard, at no upgrade cost. On a self-paid replacement it is a modest step up in package price, and the Texas Department of Insurance says Class 4 earns the highest premium credit of the four classes, set by each insurer. What Class 4 actually means.
Repairs start at $195. A typical single-issue repair runs $350 to $900 once pitch, access and what is under the shingles are accounted for, and storm-related work runs $900 to $2,500. We publish 38 individual repair prices in full.
$8,000 to $20,000 for a typical Tomball home, depending on size, pitch, complexity and material. Our four packages run $350 to $650 per square, and most roofs are finished in a single day. Compare the packages.
Yes — 1431 Graham Dr #266, Tomball, TX 77375. We moved the main office here in 2026 after thirteen years serving Greater Houston, first from Alief and then from Spring Branch, which we keep as a second office.
The Tomball office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the phone is answered around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Planning to stop by? Call first so the right person is there to meet you.
2 to 4 hours, 365 days a year, with no out-of-hours surcharge — and being based on Graham Drive is why that number is realistic here. Tell us which room and whether water is still coming in when you call.
Tomball has more pine canopy than most of the metro. Needles pack into valleys and behind chimneys where leaves would blow away, hold water against the shingles long after the rain stops and rot the decking underneath. Removal starts at $149, and it is a different job from gutter cleaning.
We inspect, photograph the damage and meet your adjuster on the roof, so you are both looking at the same evidence. We do not file, negotiate or settle claims — in Texas that is licensed public-adjuster work, and a roofing contractor cannot do it.
Yes, through the Wells Fargo Home Projects credit card or Service Finance, subject to credit approval. See the roof financing page for the plans and a payment calculator.
No. Nothing upfront. No deposit, no payment before materials arrive, nothing due when you sign. 50% when the crew arrives and starts work, 50% on completion — on a repair, a replacement or anything else we do.
Be wary of any contractor asking for a large deposit before materials are on site, and of anyone asking you to sign an insurance check over to them.
We photograph it, show you, and you approve it before we replace anything. Nothing appears on an invoice you did not agree to.
During a replacement the first five sheets are free, then $75 a sheet, a sheet being 4 ft by 8 ft. During a repair it is $150 per repair area, because reaching the decking means opening a section of roof, which is most of the work.
Most Tomball roofs are finished in a single day. Larger, steeper or more complex roofs take two.
That includes the full tear-off, the decking inspection, the complete system and the cleanup with a magnet sweep. We do not leave a roof open overnight.
Repairs carry a 24-month warranty. If the problem comes back within it, so do we. And if we cannot guarantee a repair, we will not take your money for it — we say so and tell you what the roof actually needs.
Replacements carry a 5-year leak warranty on our workmanship alongside the GAF warranty registered on the system. On an approved insurance claim that is the Golden Pledge with Timberline UHDZ: 30 years of non-prorated coverage, backed by GAF rather than resting on whether we are still in business.
No. An inspection is looking, not working. We bring safety equipment, chalk to mark what we find, and a camera to prove it.
Hail damage can be faked with a ball-peen hammer, and wind creasing can be created by lifting shingles by hand. Both inflate a claim and ruin a roof that had years left. Watch what comes up the ladder, including with us.
Every slope photographed, attic checked where there is access, and no hammer on the roof. The findings are yours to keep — including when the finding is that your roof is fine.
