16 Services, All of Them Priced

Grouped by what you are actually trying to sort out. Every price is a starting point for one and two-story homes — full terms on each page.

How it goes

Four Steps, No Surprises

The same sequence whether it is a $195 repair or a $20,000 replacement.

  1. Free inspection

Every slope photographed, the attic checked where there is access, thermal imaging and a moisture meter where they help. You keep the photographs and the photographs whether or not you hire us.

Chalk and a camera. Nothing that can create a mark of its own — and if somebody turns up to look at your roof carrying a hammer, ask what it is for.

  2. An itemized written estimate

Shingle named by brand and line, underlayment and leak barrier specified, ventilation itemized, decking priced per unit, and the warranty tier stated by name. Not one line and a number.

The price does not drop because you hesitate, and there is nothing to sign on the day. Take it to two other companies — we would rather you did.

  3. The work

Most roofs finished in a single day, starting between 7 and 8am. Landscaping and units covered before anyone climbs a ladder. Six ring-shank hot-dip nails per shingle, GAF StormGuard leak barrier at every vulnerable point, ventilation corrected rather than replaced like for like.

Nothing paid upfront. 50% when the crew arrives, 50% on completion.

  4. Final inspection, and the paperwork

Magnet sweep, gutters cleaned a second time, and a link to photographs of the whole job — not a handful of finished shots.

On a replacement, the GAF warranty is registered on completion, which is also what releases your recoverable depreciation if insurance is paying.

Stated plainly

What Is Actually Warranted

No "up to", no "lifetime everything". Here are the real numbers.

24 months

Repairs

Labor warranty. If the problem returns within it, we repair it again until the leak stops.

5 years

Replacement leaks

Our workmanship, with a 24-hour response and someone on the roof inside 48.

30 years

GAF Golden Pledge

Non-prorated workmanship on Timberline UHDZ, backed by GAF rather than resting on whether we are still trading. Standard on approved insurance claims.

25%

Repair credit

Up to a quarter of what you spent on a repair, credited against a later replacement we carry out.

And the policy behind all of it: if we cannot guarantee the work, we will not take your money for it. On a roof too old or brittle to hold a proper repair, we say so and tell you what it actually needs.

Common questions

Before You Call Anyone

Do I need a repair or a replacement?

The honest test is whether a repair buys you years or months. On a roof past fifteen, a substantial repair is often money spent twice.

We will tell you which you have, and we credit up to 25% of a repair cost against a later replacement — so choosing the repair first does not waste the money if it turns out you needed the roof.

How do I know I am not being overcharged?

Compare the numbers. We publish 33 repair prices, per-square replacement costs, per-linear-foot gutter rates and what we charge for decking. Almost nobody in this trade does.

A quote that only makes sense when you cannot compare it was never a good quote. See every price

How do I check a roofing contractor in Texas?

Texas does not license roofing contractors, so there is no register to check. Ask for the certificate of general liability insurance and workers' compensation — and actually look at it.

Then check them where they have no control: BBB, the manufacturer's own site for certification, and Google reviews including the critical ones. Why this matters to us

Do you handle insurance claims?

We document damage and meet your adjuster on the roof. We do not file, negotiate or settle claims — in Texas that is a licensed public adjuster's work, and anyone offering to do it is offering something they are not licensed for.

Do you work on my house specifically?

Two offices covering Greater Houston — Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Waller counties. Forty communities with pages of their own, and more we cover than we have pages for.

Call with your address and we will tell you straight away, including if the answer is no. Where we work

Twenty-six more questions — nails, underlayment, ventilation, payment terms, what happens to your gutters — answered in full here.
